Clever Max driver use the decompression |
Each NSU-MAX,
which corresponds to the series has a decompression on the left handlebar, which
actuates the valve lifter in the cylinder head cover.
This presses from above onto the
exhaust valve and no longer closes. This means that no compression can be set up
and the engine can be cranked easily .
But if you look on
NSU-meetings around, then one noticed that almost half of all Mäxe have no
functional decompression more. And even with the Mäxes who have one, they are
rarely used by the driver at startup.
Why this?
Do you want to prove that you are a strong man to start the MAX without the
exhaust-valve-lifter lever ?Ponder prefer even know what you do
with it: The whole Kickstarter mechanism (and when the MAX on the
centre-stand standing, including the centre-stand) might be substantially
affected by the hard blow to the compression. Why are almost all used MAX
Kickstarter and Kick Shaft bent and damaged? Precisely because so many
people do not use the exhaust-valve-lifter-lever, but exercise brute force
pointless.
And then afterwards coming these requests:
Have you not yet unbent Kickstarter with good teeth?
Hence my appeal:
Clever Max driver use the
decompression at startup. This is not unmanly and protects the material
immensely.
But if everything is already too late and already is shaking the
Kickstarter on its shaft, then maybe help the
Tip Nr. 1.
